Disney August 2012

We drove to Disney from Ontario Canada with 2 teenagers, a 2 year old and 2 adults.  It was an easy drive weather wise, the Blackberry playbook helped with the kids.  We stayed at the art of animation resort on Disney in the Lion King suite.  It was large enough for all of us to have space.  A quick breakfast in the room, able to do so with fridge and microwave.  Our housekeeper kept us stocked with utensils and bowls/plates/cups each day.  For being a "slow" time it was still quite busy in the parks.  We had the disney dining quick service plan and it was more than enough food, as we seemed to bring back snacks to the room.  It was a great time by the whole family.  Any ideas when it would be best to return?
